Ann Krawiec (nee Vought), 82, formerly of Boonton Township, NJ, passed away on July 31, 2024, in Jacksonville, FL.

She was born July 4, 1942, in Orange, NJ. She resided in Boonton Township, NJ, for 42 years, until moving to Ponte Vedra Beach, FL in 2007 to be near her grandchildren. 

Ann was a graduate of the Academy of St. Elizabeth and the Newark College of Business. She worked as an Administrative Assistant for the Hanover Sewage Authority for 21 years and served as Executive Director of the Tri-Town Chamber of Commerce. Ann was an active member of Christ Episcopal Church in Ponte Vedra Beach and maintained her relationship with the Rockaway Valley United Methodist Church in Boonton Township.

Her passion for travel sent her on many adventures. Ann was known for her sense of humor and love of life. Her treasures were her family, church, and friends.

Ann was predeceased by her beloved daughter, Elizabeth (Beth) Buttner; her brother, the Reverend George Vought; her parents, Fred and Grace Vought; and her husband, Robert Krawiec.

She is survived by her daughter, Mary Ellen Krieger (Kary) of Jacksonville Beach; her grandchildren, Keller and Kyra; and her stepdaughters, Alison Faubert (Shane), Janet Grant (Bill), and Karen Gordon. 

A memorial service was held at Christ Church in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL, on August 16, 2024, under the direction of Quinn Shalz Funeral Home of Jacksonville Beach, FL.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 27, 2024 at 11:00am, at Rockaway Valley United Methodist Church, Boonton Township, NJ, with interment to follow in the Rockaway Valley Cemetery. Arrangements are through Codey & Mackey Funeral Home of Boonton.
