Linda was my sister and though we did not have a close relationship, I was proud to read the Wildwood School Principal’s glowing remembrance of her!
When Linda was in Boonton High School (Class of 67) , she was a member of the Future Nurses of America Club. She wanted to be a nurse like our favorite Aunt Eva Marlatt-Tanner (Class of 22). While in BHS she volunteered as a Candystriper at Riverhead Hospital and later became a Nursing Assistant at Sarah Francis Nursing Home. After graduation she enrolled in the Dover Business College Medical Secretary and Medical Assistant Program. Linda was hoping to go to Nursing School by got married and became a mother instead. My sister would have been a great RN, she was a natural caregiver. She cared for Father, Mother, and Sister till their deaths and as her brother I am I indebted to her for ever, for that!
