Richard J. Belfiore, 73, of Boonton, NJ, passed away at Morristown Memorial Hospital on Sunday, September 4, 2022.
Richard was born in Newark, NJ but spent his lifetime in Morris County; Pine Brook, Montville, and Boonton after serving our country in the Vietnam War. He was a Plumber by trade and worked for K. Walters of Little Falls, NJ for over 35 years.
His greatest joy was his four granddaughters, Jessica, Janna, Brittney and Haley. Richard is also survived by his sons, Richard; and Frank and his wife, Lauren; his daughter, Catherine Bonilla and her husband, Roberto. He was predeceased by his wife of almost 48 years, Kathleen (O’Boyle) Belfiore in 2018.
Services were private in the care of Codey & Mackey Funeral Home of Boonton.
