Karen Elizabeth Callahan of Denville, NJ passed away unexpectedly on December 26, 2021. She was 72.

Karen was born to Cornelius, Sr. and Madeline (Gill) Callahan on New Years Day in 1949 in Freeport, NY where she spent her first ten years. Her family moved to Minnesota, Pittsburgh, PA and then to Connecticut. Karen worked in sheltered workshops in CT and NJ, the last being in Hackettstown, NJ prior to the pandemic.

Predeceased by her parents, Karen is survived by her sister, Maureen; her brother, Tom; and many friends at her home in Denville.

Visitation will be Wednesday. January 5th from 6:00 to 8:00pm. Interment will be on Thursday, December 6th in Westport, CT.
