Florence M. Ervey (Zellers) passed away peacefully from a long illness Sunday, December 19, 2021 in Bradenton, FL. She was 88.

Mrs. Ervey lived in Montville for 32 years before moving to Bradenton, FL in 1994.

She was a volunteer for Boonton Kiwanis Ambulance Squad, an LPN nurse at Morristown Memorial Hospital, a homemaker, and Expert Holiday Decorator.

Predeceased by her husband George V. Ervey. Survived by her 5 children, daughters, Cindy Davant and Donna Grevensen of Bradenton FL; daughter, Margaret Mayer of Jefferson NJ; son, George Ervey of NC; son, Raymond Ervey of Montville; twin sister, Flossi Cook of NC; 7 grandsons, Robert S., Robert Z., Michael Z., Richard M., Raymond E. Jr., William E. and Joseph E.; 2 granddaughters, Laura G. and Angie E.; and 7 great grandchildren, Robbie, Sarah, Jordan and Aurora of Bradenton, FL.

Visitation will be on Thursday, January 6, 2022 from 3:00 to 7:00 pm at Codey & Mackey Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 am at Montville Reform Church, 9 Church Lane, Montville, NJ.  The family is requesting face masks at the funeral home and masks are required in the church.
