I'm so sorry to hear about Mike's passing. He was my schoolmate in 6th grade School 8 in Clifton. We fished together at the pond behind the school. Although I haven't seen him for many years I still have good memories of him. I'll always remember what he wrote in my autograph book. He said, dear Jim, I will always remember you as my fishing buddy. Michael. He was my friend. Jim Rich Tucson AZ.

It’s been a long and painful journey for you Uncle Mike. All the years of suffering are now over, and you are finally free and living in paradise with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
I will deeply miss your impromptu calls and speaking a little Spanish lingo to each other! I look back with fondness as you asked how each of my children were doing and then ending the call with a lengthy chat with Linda.
I will ask you one more time: What’s new? New York, New Jersey… How’s your girlfriend; Como estas Miguel? Donde estas? You were quite the jokester!
Our family was blessed to see you one more time this past Thanksgiving. I hope you felt the love from everyone present.
We will miss you very much and till we meet again.

We say goodbye to a sweet and gentle soul in uncle Michael. His resiliency in the face of a difficult journey reminded us all that Although difficult One can rise above life‘s challenges and smile through adversity. I can think of no better example of of Michaels gentle spirit then to remember his interaction with our children over all these years he had an uncanny knack of recollection and I would marvel at how he remembered the smallest details about our kids and the things that made them happy. We were blessed to have m in our lives as long as we did and he likewise was blessed with a kind and generous family. Michael will always have a seat at the table in our hearts and his memory will live on through the lives of the family he loved so dearly.
