BOONTON---Judy (Johnson) Chapman died Monday, March 14, 2011 at St. Clare's Hospital, Denville following a sudden illness. She was 57.



Born in Hackensack, she lived in Clifton for many years before moving to Boonton 31 years ago.



Mrs. Chapman was a homemaker.



She was predeceased by a grandson, Anthony.



She is survived by her husband of 37 years, James P.; a daughter, Patricia A. Chapman of Boonton; a son, Ricky J. Chapman of Boonton; her mother, Ethel Johnson of Whiting Twsp.; a sister, Nancy Mae Bodenchak of Warren Twsp.; a grandson Ryan; two nieces, Michele Phillips of California and Tina Molner of Warren Twsp. and a step-cousin, Kara Bodenchak of Winfield.



A memorial gathering in celebration of Judy's life will be held on Sunday, March 20, 2011 beginning at 2:00 P.M. at the Boonton Kiwanis Ambulance Squad House, 150 Lathrop Ave., Boonton. There will be no hours of visitation and the interment will be private.
