Alberta C. Welz Obituary
BOONTON---Alberta (Conn) Welz died Sunday, February 13, 2011 at Care One at Morris following a brief illness. She was 92.
Born in Boonton, she was a lifelong resident.
Mrs. Welz was an assembler with Measurements Co., Parsippany for a number of years before retiring in 1984.
She was a lifelong member of St. John's Episcopal Church, Boonton.
She is survived by her husband of 46 years, John Elliot Welz; her sister, Marjorie Spender of Succasunna; her brother-in-law, Wayne Welz and his wife Phyllis of Greentown, PA; sisters-in-law, Jane E. Welz of Southold, NY, Patricia Conn of Boonton and Maryann Sporone Welz of Boonton and a cousin, Geraldine Ortega of Boonton.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, February 23rd at 12:00 P.M. at the Mackey Funeral Home (mackeyfh.com), 107 Essex Ave., Boonton with interment to follow at Greenwood Cemetery, Boonton. Friends may call beginning at 10:00 A.M. on Wednesday, prior to the service
