Marjorie’s family: I'm so sorry for your loss. I went through a similar situation and I was very helped by the hope that I found in the Bible in John 5: 28, which says, "Do not amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out". I am sending you a link with more information on this hope.

I knew Marge from Peace Pipe and was one of the few lucky enough to golf with her this year. I am so sorry for the loss to her family - Marge was such a lovely woman, a true warrior, always a smile on her face. Cherish the memories - I'm sure there are many wonderful ones.

Doug and Deb,
I am so sorry to be writing this note. I have such fond memories of working with Marge at Briarcliff. She was an educator who was a stellar example of what it meant to teach and dedicate yourself to the children in your care. Marge always had a welcoming smile when I entered her classroom. I am fortunate to have known and worked with her as were the many children who had a home in her classroom over the years.
I am in Europe at the moment, so I will not be able to attend Marge’s funeral on Thursday. In my absence, please accept my most sincere condolences. I hope that you and the rest of the family can draw some comfort in recalling the many memories you created with Marge. I will be keeping you in my thoughts.

Dear Doug and family, on behalf of the Ralph and Marjorie Willis family let me say that we are saddened to learn of Marge’s passing. You were so kind to our family when our parents passed. I have such fond memories of Marge while we were students on the Moravian campus. She was bright and witty, with that wry sense of humor. I recall her taking part in the Political Activities Committe’s trips to Washington each year. She had such a thirst for knowledge as it related to politics and history. I’m sure she was a wonderful teacher. She was so proud of her dad being a law enforcement officer. Doug Wilkins would not have been the successful leader, administrator and coach he was without Marge’s love and support. I was taken by how well she looked at our 50 th reunion. You would have known she was fighting the battle of her life. I regret that medical issues of my own will prevent my being able to attend her service. Love to you and yours Doug. My brother Mark is hoping to be there to represent our family. God bless!

My thoughts and prayers go out to Doug, Debbie, Lisa and Gordon. I remember what a dedicated teacher your Mom and wife (to Doug) was. She never tired in all her years of working, especially with those kids with special needs. She was a special lady, who will be missed by many who knew her.
