Obituary of Gaetano Thomas Fuscaldo

Gaetano "Thomas" Fuscaldo, 74, of Boonton, NJ, passed away on Wednesday, January 27, 2016. A celebration of Tom's life will be held at the Codey & Mackey Funeral Home, 107 Essex Avenue, Boonton, NJ 07005 on Sunday, January 31st with visiting from 2-5pm followed by a service at 5:00 pm. Mr. Fuscaldo proudly served in the US Navy in the Vietnam War. He was an electronics engineer with Exxon for 28 years, retiring in 2000. Tom enjoyed his family, especially his grandchildren, model trains, bowling and fishing. Surviving are his beloved wife of 56 years, Joan R. (Carcascio); devoted children, Thomas Fuscaldo with his wife, Alice, Jo Anne Fuscaldo, Timothy Fuscaldo, and Suzanne Russo with her husband, James; a dear sister, Rosemary Fuscaldo and a dear brother, Joseph Fuscaldo with his wife, Irene; loving grandchildren, Adam, Lee Ann, Kelly, Alex, Elizabeth and Andrew; cherished great grandchildren, Izabella and Brooke. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer's Association would be appreciated.
