Gladys Pavone, 84, of Boonton Township, NJ, passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, August 29, 2015.
Born in Naguabo, Puerto Rico to her parents, Roberto and Anna Rodriguez, Gladys moved to Boonton Township in 1968. She worked for the Mennan Co for a number of years till her first grandchild was born. She loved dancing, knitting and going to bingo and Atlantic City with her friends.
She was predeceased by her husband, Samuel; a daughter Patricia Polizzi; a brother, Roberto and sister, Lydia. Surviving are her daughter, Pamela A. Gray and her husband, Nigel; brothers, Johnny and George; sisters, Viola and Gloria; grandchildren; Taryn, Adam and Jason Gray; also many loving nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to visit with the family on at the Codey & Mackey Funeral Home, 107 Essex Avenue, Boonton, NJ on Tuesday, September 1, 2015 from 5 – 8 pm. The funeral and interment are private. To share a memory or extend condolences, please visit www.codeymackeyfh.com.
