Constance P. Schaible Obituary
LEBANON, PA--Constance P. Schaible (nee Pearson), formerly of Boonton, NJ and Harwich, MA, died Tuesday, October 19, 2010 at Hearthstone Manor following a long period of declining health. She was 91.
Born in Bronx, NY, Connie lived in Parsippany, NJ as a child and was graduated from Boonton High School in 1936, where she was a member of the National Honor Society.
A long-time resident of Boonton, she worked for the Boonton public school system and was secretary to the superintendent. During a long career Connie also worked for Boonton Molding Company, and Anderson & Denzler Associates, East Hanover, NJ. She was also a homemaker.
Connie was the widow of George W. Schaible, her high school sweetheart, to whom she was married for more than 50 years. They were active in the Parsippany Presbyterian Church Couples Club.
Mrs. Schaible is survived by a daughter, Gretchen Sherk, of Stouchsburg, PA, and her husband, Thomas; and by a son, Peter, of Brewster, MA, and his wife, Barbara. Also surviving are two grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Funeral services and interment are private.
