Liz and family, we just learned, from Dave Toole, of the death of Les and we send our love and sympathy to you all. John recalls many happy memories of the years they worked together for GaSonics. They "tag teamed" many home office issues! We treasure memories of our visit to your home in Edinburgh and following the itinerary he suggested for experiencing Scotland. We know he is greatly missed.

I have just learned of Les passing. My sincere condolences to all the family.
I was fortunate enough to work with Les at Gasonics and travel with him. We always got the work done but had a great laugh doing it. He was one of lifes good guys.

It was with great sadness I learned of Les passing. My sincere condolences to Elizabeth and his family. I have known Les since the mid 80's when I was working with the Gasonics agent in Europe and then when he persuaded me to come to work at Gasonics. He was a very big influence and mentor to me. He was always available with the right advice and encouragement. We had many good laughs whether at work or at leisure. Like all Scots we loved to debate about everything and some would perhaps interpret that as an argument, but he certainly never held a grudge. That was the mark of the man. Indeed, Les was a Hearts fan and I am a Hibs fan. He came to as many Hibs games as Hearts games when he was in Edinburgh. I have lots of happy memories of Les. You will be sorely missed.

I did not know Les for a long time but have to say from the minute I met him about 2 years back and his wife Liz, you couldn't help but love his warmth and love of life. He cared for his wife deeply. The world is now missing a wonderful man but he's an angel in heaven, always to be with his family. God bless and may you find peace during this difficult time.

What a wonderful man, father and grandfather. Heaven is a more beautiful place tonight with you there. May you look down from heaven and see this little lit candle and know that many hearts here on earth ache with your loss and at the same time, celebrate your life and family you created.
With a heavy heart, sending love to all family.
