Anna Tieski (nee Kuchavik), of Boonton, NJ, passed away Friday, July 18, 2014. She was 65 years old.

Anna was born in Manhattan and lived in Parsippany, NJ before moving to Boonton in 1979.

She received her Bachelor and Master's degrees from Rutgers University, graduating top of her class Phi Betta Kappa. Mrs. Tieski was an avid reader and enjoyed classical music. She also enjoyed the arts, painting was one of her favorite hobbies.

Surviving are her loving husband of 42 years; devoted daughters, Laura Bennetti and husband Nicholas, and Susan Tieski, her brother, Matthew Kuchavik and wife Gail, and her sisters Mary Friedland and husband Phillip, and Theresa Lefkowitz and husband Robert.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit with the family at the Codey & Mackey Funeral Home, 107 Essex Avenue, Boonton, NJ on Tuesday July 22nd from 6-9 pm. A Funeral Service will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday July 23rd at 10:30 AM. The interment will follow at St. Cyril's & Methodius Cemetery in Boonton.
