I'm so sorry to hear of Ernie's passing. He and I attended JFK high school in Paterson, NJ and later Married his stepbrother. He possessed a larger than life persona. He could belt out a song, where if you closed your eyes you'd swear Elvis was in the room. Though I hadn't seen him in over 20 years, I know he loved and cherished Eileen and the girls with all the tenderness in the world. He was a rare force of life. He's up in heaven looking down and crooning with the Angels. My condolences to the family words cannot express your loss

Our sadness is not for Ernie, who is celebrating with his Lord and Savior. But for his loving family who is so saddened by their loss. We extend our sympathy and love to Jennifer our daughter-in-law (married to son Steve Fanale), Lisa and her husband Emilio and their children-Spencer,Talia, and Christian, as well as Victoria, Ernie's youngest child. We pray God will fill your thoughts for years to come with the happy times spent with him.

Ernie was very vocal about his faith. Those around him heard the good news of salvation. He loved superhero movies and comic books. He liked to joke with his family and friends. He had a good sense of humor.
