Prior to moving to their apartment 5 years ago at Franciscan Oaks, Denville, NJ, John and Mary Ann made their home in Mountain Lakes, NJ, for 38 years. John was an avid fan of high school sports and faithfully came to watch each of his eight children play in one or more sporting events when they were young. John loved to travel and on vacations, John and Mary Ann journeyed extensively throughout the United States and the world. In more recent years, he and Mary Ann could regularly be seen cheering on the Mountain Lakes High School basketball, football and lacrosse sports teams, and they were both honorary members of the "The Top Row Gang".
