DENVILLE
Frances (nee Restaino) Heurtz died on Friday, July 27, 2012 at Compassionate Care Hospice in Dover following a brief illness. She was 92. Born in Newark she lived in Whippany and Manchester Township before moving to Denville 3 years ago. She was a secretary for the Hanover Township Board of Education in Whippany and Rheingold Brewery in East Orange before retiring in 1971.
Frances was a devoted and caring wife of 41 years to John W. Heurtz. She is survived by her step-daughter Barbara MacTaggart and her husband Robert, Sr., of Boonton Township, three grandchildren; Maurice Lonergan, Morgan Baker and Robert MacTaggart, Jr., three great grandchildren MJ Lonergan, Olivia Lonergan and Harrison Lonergon, and a niece; Phyllis Seelman of Nutley.
The funeral liturgy will be celebrated on Monday, July 30th at 10:30 AM at St. Catherine of Siena Church in Mountain Lakes. Interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in East Hanover. Friends may visit with the family on Sunday from 2 - 4 PM only at Mackey Funeral Home, ( www.mackeyfh.com), 107 Essex Ave., Boonton. Contributions in Frances' memory may be made to St. Francis Residential Community,122 Diamond Spring Road, Denville, NJ 07834. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
