BOONTON---Mildred Forsythe Stiles died Thursday, June 21, 2012 at Poets' Seat Health Care Center, Greenfield, Massachusetts following a brief illness. She was 86. Born in Boonton, she live there and in Montville most of her life before moving to Greenfield one year ago. She graduated from Boonton High School in 1943. Mrs. Stiles was a homemaker and for a brief period of time, worked as a bank clerk at the State Bank of North Jersey in Boonton. Her husband, Robert M., died in 1998. She is survived by a daughter, Claudia Delezenski and her husband Jerry of Wilton, CA; a son, William Stiles and his wife Tami of Greenfield, MA; a sister, Lorraine J. Forsythe of Greenfield, MA; a brother, Clarence Forsythe of Boonton Township; two cherished grandchildren, Aaron and Tara Delezenski, both currently serving with the U.S. Navy; two nephews, James Forsythe and Clifford Forsythe; a niece, Barbara Weatherford and several great nieces and great nephews. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, June 27th at 11:00 A.M. at the Mackey Funeral Home ( www.mackeyfh.com), 107 Essex Ave., Boonton with interment to follow at the Montville Reformed Church Cemetery, Montville. Friends and relatives may visit with the family on Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM at the funeral home. Memorial contributions in Mildred's name may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, Greater N.J. Chapter, Suite 251, 400 Morris Ave., Denville, NJ 07834-1365. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
