Marjorie Lanciano Obituary

PARSIPPANY---Marjorie (Curcio) Lanciano died Wednesday, July 7, 2010 at Morris Hills Center, Morristown following a long illness. She was 87.


Born in Boonton, she was a lifelong resident of the area. Mrs. Lanciano was employed as a packer with The Card Company, Boonton for 10 years before retiring in 1973. She graduated from Boonton High School in 1940. Mrs. Lanciano was a longtime member of the First Reformed Church of Boonton where she sang in the choir and was active with the Women's Guild.


Her husband, Albert D., died in 1991. She is survived by two sons, Craig N. of Decatur, TX and Donald of Parsippany; a daughter, Dorothy A. DePew of Syracuse, NY; four grandchildren and several great grandchildren.


Funeral services will be held Monday, July 12th at 10:30 A.M. at the Mackey Funeral Home, 107 Essex Ave., Boonton (mackeyfh.com) with interment to follow at Restland Memorial Park, East Hanover. Friends may call Sunday 2-4 & 7-9 PM at the funeral home.
