Kate and family, I just want to offer my sincerest sympathy on your loss. I always felt that Carol was a sweet and caring person. I am glad to have known her and will miss her smile.

I had the absolute pleasure of covering the Montville Township Committee when Carol was a member. She was an elegant and gracious lady who was serious about her service and about the issues, but loved a good smile and a good laugh. She lit up the room and was a joy to know. May she rest in peace.
