BOONTON---Virginia "Ginny" Lucas died Monday, December 12, 2011 at Overlook Hospital, Summit following a brief illness. She was 84. Born in Boonton, she was a lifelong resident. She graduated from Boonton High School.

Ms. Lucas was an office worker with Hewlett-Packard Corp., Rockaway Township for 25 years before retiring in 1992. She is survived by a sister, Helen Krisanda of Mine Hill and a nephew,John S. Krisanda, Jr. also of Mine Hill. Friends may call Friday, December 16th from 2-4 PM onlyat the Mackey Funeral Home (mackeyfh.com), 107 Essex Ave., Boonton.
