BOONTON---Marion E. (Hulse) Estler died Saturday, November 19, 2011 at her home following a long illness. She was 76. Born in Eldred, NY, she lived in Boonton for the past 56 years. Mrs. Estler was a legal secretary in the law office of Edward S. Fody, Esq., Boonton for 8 years before retiring in 1984. She had previously been an office employee at Aircraft Radio Corp., Boonton Township for a number of years. Marion was a longtime active member of St. John's Episcopal Church, Boonton where she served for many years on the Alter Guild. Her husband, Richard D., died in 1997. She was also predeceased by her son, Richard J. in 1990. She is survived by a son, James E. of Boonton and his significant other, Angela Barringer; a sister, Kathleen Frisbee and her husband, Eugene of Shahola, PA and two cherished granddaughters, Courtney Rose Estler and Kaileigh Elisabeth Estler. Also surviving are several beloved nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, November 22nd at 11:00 A.M. at the Mackey Funeral Home (mackeyfh.com), 107 Essex Ave., Boonton with interment to follow at Greenwood Cemetery, Boonton. Friends may call Monday 2-4 & 7-9 PM at the funeral home. Memorial contributions in Marion's name may be made to either St. John's Episcopal Church, 226 Cornelia St., Boonton, NJ 07005 or the American Cancer Society, Northwest NJ Region, Suite 103, 7 Ridgedale Ave., Cedar Knolls, NJ 07927. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
