Vilma Walsh Obituary

BOONTON TOWNSHIP---Vilma (Organos) Walsh died Friday, June 4, 2010 at Merry Heart at Boonton Township following a long illness. She was 96.



Born in Passaic, she lived in Ventnor for 15 years, then Denville for several years before moving to Boonton Township in 1996.



Mrs. Walsh was a homemaker.



She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star.



Her husband, Walter E.,Sr. died in 1964. A son, Walter E., Jr. died in 1981.



She is survived by a son, Christian A. Walsh, Sr. and his wife Lee of Boonton Township; five grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.



Funeral services will be held Tuesday, June 8th at 12:00 P.M. at the Mackey Funeral Home, 107 Essex Ave., Boonton (mackeyfh.com) with interment to follow at Cedar Heights Cemetery, West Milford. Friends may call one hour prior to the service on Tuesday.



Memorial contributions in Vilma's name may be made to Merry Heart at Boonton Township, 199 Powerville Rd., Boonton Township, NJ 07005. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home
