Donald A. Nix, RT, 77, died on Sunday, December 23, 2018. He was lifelong resident of Boonton Twp., NJ
He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Boonton. A graduate of Boonton HS in 1959, Donald entered in the fall of 1959 into the Overlook Hospital School of Radiology. After graduation he was employed by Overlook for 38 years and retired as the Asst. Chief of Radiology in 1996.
After his retirement he spent many years wintering Ft. Myers, FL and summers in the Boonton / Denville area.
Donald was the son of Aldrich and Mildred Nix, lifelong residents of Boonton Twp.
He is survived by his cousins – Gail P. McClain of St. Albans, VT, Douglas Gould of Dover, NJ and Charles Flatt of Boonton, NJ.
Graveside services will be held at Rockaway Valley Cemetery in Boonton Township, NJ on Monday, January 7, 2018 at 1:00 pm.
