Mark V. DeNigris, 54, of Montville, NJ passed away on Wednesday, October 5, 2016. He graduated from Montville Township High School in 1980 and later from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. He was an accomplished pastry chef and was the owner of La Patisserie in Lyndhurst, NJ.
He is survived by his mother, Janet (Kunz), brothers, Christopher and Michael and sister, Carol Soranno and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his father, Michael V. DeNigris, September 27, 1997.
A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at St. Pius X R.C. Church, 24 Changebridge Road, Montville, NJ 07045 on Saturday October 22, 2016 at 11:00am. To share a memory or condolence, please visit www.codeymackeyfh.com.
