Louise Merdella Duffus, 77, of Boonton, NJ, passed away on Monday, March 20, 2017.
Born in St. Ann, Jamaica, Louise has lived in Boonton for over 40 years. She worked as an assembler at Joyce Molding in Boonton before her retirement.
Louise was a devout Jehovah's Witness in Towaco, NJ. She enjoyed cooking and baking for her grandchildren and vacationing.
She is survived by her beloved husband, Linton; devoted children, Calder Pitter, John Foster, Vivienne Black, Clive Binns and Meloney Binns; loving sisters, Esmie Wilson and Nesta Lee; also 16 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
Relatives and friends are invited to visit with the family at the Codey & Mackey Funeral Home, 107 Essex Avenue, Boonton, NJ on Friday, March 24 from 4-8pm. A Funeral Service will be held in the funeral home on Saturday, March 25 at 10:00am. The interment will follow at Greenwood Cemetery in Boonton.
